A little Sydney magic, a beautiful dinner, and my favorite dinner date! ❤️🇦🇺✨

There’s something special about exploring a new city, enjoying delicious food, sharing laughter, and creating memories with your daughter.

From a lovely dinner at Jordan’s to a sweet ice cream treat afterward, Sydney gave us another evening to remember! 🥰🍽️🍦

I came to Australia for an incredible speaking opportunity, but these mother-daughter moments made the journey even sweeter.

Sydney was already an incredible experience, but getting to experience it with my daughter made it even more special. 🇦🇺❤️

From taking in the beautiful sights to exploring the city, enjoying the food, laughing, and simply spending time together, we created memories that I know we’ll treasure for years to come.

I traveled to Australia to speak, connect, and continue walking boldly in my purpose, but having my daughter there to share this journey with me was truly the icing on the cake. ✈️✨

I had the opportunity to attend Resilient By Design: A VIP Weekend Encounter, hosted by the incredible Dr. Darlene Thorne, The Caregiver’s CoMentor®.

This wasn’t just another event, it was an opportunity to slow down, reflect, reconnect, and be intentional about how we continue showing up for ourselves while showing up for everyone else.

Awareness. Regulation. Boundaries. Personal Resilience.

One of the messages that stayed with me was beautifully simple:
“Breathe. Pray. Choose the Next Right Thing.” 🙏🏾

I’m grateful for the conversations, the wisdom, the connections, and the reminder that resilience isn’t simply about carrying everything—it’s also about knowing when and how to care for the person doing the carrying.
