Well, he finally got his own perfume. 🖤

Introducing Slow Burn, Chapter 4 of our Romance Readers collection! Dark roasted coffee, burnt sugar, cured tobacco leaf, aged cedar, and a twist of ruby red grapefruit. Dark, smoky, sophisticated, and just a little bit brooding.

For anyone who loves a grumpy character with a soft spot. 🖤

Fairy Frosting is back in stock today—with a little new magic. 🧚🍋✨
Over the next several months, I’ll be reformulating the remaining non-vegan perfumes in the Stardust & Stems collection as I work toward making the entire line vegan.
For most scents, the changes will be barely noticeable. Fairy Frosting is a little different.
While reformulating her, I took the opportunity to rework the fragrance more extensively because I was never completely satisfied with the original—and in my opinion, she’s better in just about every way.
All of the notes you know are still here, but the balance has shifted. The prominent pink peppercorn of the original is now more of a soft sparkle in the background, while the fragrance itself is creamier, smoother and brighter—almost like a light, creamy lemon bar. 🍋
The new formula also has improved longevity and projection while keeping the airy, whipped vanilla gourmand heart of Fairy Frosting.
The Fairy Frosting spray formula restocked today is the new vegan formula and is what I’ll be making going forward. Existing rollerballs are still the original formula and will remain available while supplies last.

Before there was a Romance Readers Collection, there was Stern Brunch Daddy.

In fact, this perfume—and the very specific romance-novel archetype behind it—was part of what inspired me to create the collection in the first place.

And now he’s finally getting his chapter.

A little shop update ✨

After a couple of months of waiting on bottles, our 3 ml perfume oil rollerballs are finally making their way back into the shop! Book Fair + Cottage Witch are available now, and we’ll be adding more scents throughout the week.

We also restocked a small number of 15 ml bottles of Book Fair + Cottage Witch today. 🍂📚

And for everyone who missed Moonwitch Milk last week — I know there were a lot of you! A much larger batch is already brewing and will be back very soon. 🌙🥛

The Goblin Market is OPEN. 🍂✨

Goblin Market arrived today, and I am absolutely overwhelmed by the response already. Thank you so, so much for welcoming this strange little perfume into the world. 💛

Inspired by Christina Rossetti’s Goblin Market, this earthy fig gourmand begins green and earthy before softening into golden honeycomb sweetness.

🌿 Sun-Warmed Fig Leaf • Honeycomb
🍯 Smoked Vanilla Pods • Brandy-Soaked Fig Flesh
🌙 Golden Amber • Velvet Woods

And a little goblin lore: figs hide their tiny flowers inside themselves—which somehow makes them feel like exactly the sort of fruit the goblins would sell.

An earthy fig gourmand inspired by Christina Rossetti’s strange and enchanting Goblin Market.

🌿 Sun-Warmed Fig Leaf • Honeycomb
🍯 Smoked Vanilla Pods • Brandy-Soaked Fig Flesh
🌙 Golden Amber • Velvet Woods

It begins green and surprisingly earthy, then gradually softens as golden honeycomb brings forward a warm sweetness, settling into smoked vanilla, amber and velvet woods.

And because figs have a little goblin lore of their own: their tiny flowers bloom hidden inside the fig. Strange little fruits for a strange little market.
