A few frames from my last shoot with @starkbuilding_ltd

Started working with @gro.agency in Feb and been working on some pretty cool projects lately. From profiling builders, to interviews with architects and filming custom architectural homes in Australia. Excited to share some of the work iv’e been working on as soon as we get these projects finalised. taken in Auckland, New Zealand by @starkbuilding_ltd

2024 · 2025 · 2026

We’re incredibly grateful to receive this recognition for the third year running.

Three homes, three years, and an incredible amount of work behind each one.

To our team and trades, thank you for the pride, craftsmanship and commitment you bring to every project.

To our clients, thank you for trusting us with your homes and allowing us to do what we love.

We’re incredibly proud of this achievement, and even more proud of the people behind it.

Pressure is a privilege.

The standard we set is high because we expect more from ourselves than anyone else ever could.

House of the Year is a reflection of countless hours, relentless attention to detail, and a team that refuses to compromise. I’m proud of what we’ve built.

Good enough has never been part of our vocabulary. #houseoftheyear #architecture #designandbuild #lifestyle #masterbuildernz @masterbuildernz @nuwall_ @hermpacbyiti @colorsteelnz @abiinteriors @northwestflooringxtra @sticksbuildingsupplies @rodneyaluminium @parkwooddoors @yalehomenewzealand @a2belectricalltd by @starkbuilding_ltd

Just like the people who live in them, every kitchen has its own personality.

Some are bold and dramatic. Others are warm, understated, and timeless. Some are designed for entertaining, while others become the heart of everyday family life.

No two are ever the same, and that’s exactly how it should be.

At Stark Building, we believe a kitchen should reflect the way you live, the way you gather and the way you call a house home.

Designed with purpose. Built with care. Made uniquely yours.

Nu-Wall and cedar, the perfect combination of precision and warmth.

Clean, vertical Nu-Wall lines deliver sharp architectural form, while cedar adds natural depth and texture. The result is a façade that feels refined yet inviting, modern yet timeless.

For architects, it’s clarity in detail. For clients ready to build, a home designed to stand out and built to last.

A thoughtfully designed four bedroom architectural home filled with light and warmth. The open plan kitchen, dining and living areas enjoy all-day sun, centred around an epic kitchen made for entertaining. Curved forms and skylights add softness and depth, bringing natural light throughout.

A separate media room provides a quiet retreat, while the sun-soaked master bedroom and double garage complete a home that balances considered design, comfort and functionality
