Make Your Move.

A morning spent with @chottomattemcr & @asicsrunning. 🎨🏃🏼‍♂️🥐

Tiny Moves runners were tasked with creating their own bespoke, 1 of 1, ASICS Kayano 33, to wear and keep. An incredibly wholesome event, with some fantastic (and not so fantastic🤨) designs. Our community also took part in a social 5k run around Manchester, followed by a Japanese- Peruvian breakfast.

Thank you to @chottomattemcr for hosting such a special event and to @asicsrunning for making what once was a dream event, into reality. Lastly, thank you to @starlinecustoms, an absolute pleasure to work with; we can’t wait to see what we do together next time.

10 years back! Look at that baby face…. (Compared to now)

Had to post this, way back before starline, I rocked up to wedding fairs and painted, correction, “DREW” drawed? On shoes with markers, long before I knew I could paint, little did I know what was in store for my future as an artist, not gonna lie, I was unhappy with my direction in this picture, thank fate for the cards it dealt me to get me here.

And wow…. How time flys !

The lady in red, a checker board floor, smoky tones for contrast, black and white, dark and light, the polarity between a gentle dove and the raw power of a horse, these were happy accidents, sometimes the painting happens and context comes later, I love when the subconscious just plays out before you without your awareness in the moment.
