A glimpse into the DIY Herbal Tea Mixer Event I held over the weekend 🫖

We slowed down through breath work, meditation, gentle somatic movement, intention, and orientation before creating intuitive herbal tea blends.

Watching people reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the plant allies is always such a gift 🌿🍵 by @starreyeyez

🔥🜂 FIRE RITUAL ECSTATIC DANCE 🜂🔥

As the energy of summer begins to rise, we gather around the element of fire for movement, release, connection, and transformation!

This outdoor ecstatic dance journey with smooth llama will weave together warm, primal, rhythmic frequencies designed to awaken the body and ignite the spirit. A space to move freely, sweat, play, release, and reconnect with yourself and community under the summer sky!

The evening will also include a guided fire ritual whichI am overjoyed to be leading, offering space to intentionally let go of what no longer serves and create room for what wants to grow! Participation is completely optional and welcome to unfold however feels right for you.

Grateful and overjoyed to share healing songs in a plant medicine space! Many thanks to @avcastro for creating this beautiful container, facilitating the journey, and all of the hard work and preparation that comes with it. It was an honor and a blessing to be part of this experience. Deep gratitude to the whole Aloka team and everyone involved. by @starreyeyez

Bass Baddies dance video, coming soon! This project has been in the works since I had the idea for it on Jan 6! Stay tuned!

But obviously I couldn't have done it alone! I am so grateful for everyone who supported my vision and helped me bring it to fruition!!!!

Choreo: @velveteen.serpent.queen
Videographer: @markeeemarc
Musician: @iamahee
Energy provided by: @nakeebutter
Director: @psychedelick.xx
Shoot venue: @centerpeacehealing

This is not the last dance video project! I already have a song and choreographer in mind! This dance was sexy floorwork. Next one is belly dance!

And how I run the project will be completely different next time. This ended up taking waaaaay more energy and work than I intended, I know the changes I need to make moving forward to make it smoother for everyone!

But I will say, I am extremely proud of myself! I have 0 choreo experience beyond ballet when I was 5 lol! And no experience coordinating something like this! Yes there were road bumps, but I am proud of myself for having a vision and making it happen even though I had no idea what I was doing!

If you are interested in joining one of the upcoming ones, drop a comment!

And a HUGE thank you to the babes who believed in the vision and joined in! It was such a blast!!! I will forever hold these memories close to my heart. And feel so blessed to be surrounded by such incredible women!!! 🔥🌹❤️ by @starreyeyez
