This isn’t about demonizing Accutane. It can be an amazing tool for many people. 🤍 It’s simply a reminder that it’s not your only option.

We achieved these amazing results through my Acne Bootcamp program, and we aren’t done yet! Now we’re focusing on clearing the pigmentation left behind. 😌

Huge shoutout to this client for trusting the process and putting in the work! 🤭🧴⭐️🫧☁️

If only building the perfect skincare routine were this simple. 🤍😭

While these are some of my favorite ingredient pairings for common skin concerns, the best routine is the one that’s customized to your skin. Acne, redness, pigmentation, sensitivity, barrier health, lifestyle, and even your current products all play a role.

That’s why a professional skin consultation is the fastest way to get real results, no more guessing or wasting money on products that aren’t right for you.

You might want to save this for later!!👀✨ by @starrskinslc

POV: you finally find the cutest hat… and 48 hours later your skin is covered in painful bumps. 🥲

The second I took off my hat and had a sore spot I knew I had messed up💔

Fast forward a few hours I had full blown acne mechanica a type of acne caused by repeated friction, pressure, heat, and sweat.

For me, it was this hat.

Swipe to see:
✨ what happened
✨ why it happened
✨ the biggest acne mechanica triggers
✨ exactly what I did to calm it down

If you’ve ever broken out after wearing a hat, helmet, glasses, headphones, or even working out… this post is for you.

👇 Have you ever had a breakout that seemed to appear overnight?

Save this so you know what to look for next time. taken in Salt Lake City, UT by @starrskinslc
