One of my all time fave pole moves AND photos! I can’t believe this is from my FIRST pole competition (2010)! Feels like forever ago and I had already been doing Circus for 10 yrs at this point.

Figured this move out with the help of my coach @kyrajohannesen at the one and only @bodyandpole #NYC I miss those days. Love you Kyra.

Thanks to @observationsintime for this amazing photo that continues to hold up to the test of time.

What a weekend! @thevivafest in Vegas!!!! More like a reunion than a competition. All the circus vibes. Thank you so much for having me as a judge, I had so much fun and can’t wait till next year. So many wonderful people everywhere; some faces I haven’t seen in 20 years and so many others that have been a part of my circus journey through all these years. I was looking back on these old contortion videos and realized they didn’t look as bad as I thought initially. Hand balancing on a human is a lot more different than the ground and my focus had to be in a zillion more places. Thanks @starrstyles for the spotting and coaching. by @starrstyles

Road Trip Day #4: Colorado, Utah
Damn, these states in the west are big! I knew it growing up in Cali, but this trip is really driving that point home. This was by far the hardest day of driving, and I got through the fewest amount of states. You can tell I was bored and fatigued, which is why I made so many testimonial videos and I’m just complaining the whole time L O L. Every day I said it was a push, and this day was THE push. But don’t worry everyone I am safe. I stayed safe. I never let myself drive in a way where I felt unsafe and when I needed to pull over I did, when I needed to rest, I did, and when I needed to stop, I did. All that being said this journey has not been for the faint of heart. I am so proud of myself for doing it and for doing it as a solo driver.
