I miss you, Dad.
So very much.
You were my best friend and my guide.
You taught me wonderful things and you taught me to always try to be good to people.

I wish you weren't gone and I wish you were here right now, laughing at 8am as we ready for a movie marathon for the day. I wish I got to wake up to give you a hug as you sat on the porch and we planned breakfast while I said some sarcastic joke. Those days aren't here anymore.

But...I'm gonna try to keep going. Gonna try to be happy even when I miss you and want to cry endlessly. I know you wouldn't like that. You never liked me sad. You'd always do whatever to make my sorrows less bad, reminding me to do what I love to be happy. And I want to honor you by trying to keep my heart light and be there for myself and others.

I love you so much Dad.
I hope you know that, wherever you are.
You will always be a #1 dad to me.

I forgot to share that a few months ago I won a giveaway in celebration for Exol's birthday!

I had really wanted Xiumin's album, but due to personal situations in life, I couldn't afford it.

However, I ended up winning and got both versions! I was so excited I cried!

I love Xiumin, very dearly and have been a fan of his and EXO since 2016.

The 1st picture is the albums (with little freebies!) and the 2nd & 3rd are my album pulls!

My bestie got me a BEE @squishables !!! 🐝
I really REALLY love bees and my best friend got me this little guy since I haven't mentally been doing well and struggling.

The snow and heavy rainflls finally departed as Spring finally is starting to show.

The green of the plants is finally starting to show again. The flowers are slowly blooming.

It's your birthday and it's difficult not having you here. It's the first of your birthdays you aren't around anymore to celebrate. I'm struggling, honestly...but I tried to keep a smile on my face for you today.

#Throwback to December 2006...
Phoenix Anime Fest.

My first ever convention ever.
I did the best with cosplay, but unlike then I know how to handle wigs and get contacts and all that now.
My Riku wig didn't want to work with me.
I was a complete newbie to cosplay making (minus my prop. My keyblade was great y'all.)

But it was one of my core memories.
I got to see what a con was like.
I got to meet some really friendly cosplayers and fans.
I went with my sister.
I got meet my favorite voice actor, Greg Ayres. (2nd slide).
I got to buy do much stuff (back when they weren't as crazy expensive as now lol)
Befriended an artist/comic creator, Amelie Belcher, and chilled with her on the artist alley (3rd slide)
And best part was meeting a friend whom I call my family and still have the joy of having in my life and also the library friendship I have ever had. My dear Sora-chan, @sailorcrafty26 (1st slide)

This is a random post, but I felt sad today and nostalgic, but I wanted to post an old time that made me happy.

My new soaps are looking great!

Hellfire Club (Orange/Pink/Black): Leather, Old Books, Orange, Mint

Eddie Munson (Red/Black): Leather, Old Books, Sweet Tobacco

Steve Harrington (Green & Blue): Fresh Cotton, Dirt, Pine, Amber

These soaps are part of a trial to make Stranger Things themed soaps to possibly sell in the future. Still a work on progress.
