One of my favorite parts about spring is when the irisis bloom in my yard, so my mom and I decided to paint them! One of the hardest parts of watercolor is doing enough but knowing when to stop. Watching this I do think I took it too far on this painting, but it's okay cause it's nice knowing there's more to learn and grow ❤️

Last Saturday I taught 2 more watercolor classes at the Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving point! I am seriously so impressed by my students and how they're paintings have been coming out! Here's a few photos of my students and they're beautiful artwork and I painted some purple tulips on my thumbs for the class this week!

Teaching at the Thanksgiving Point Tulip Festival is a blast! Here's some photos from teaching out in the beautiful gardens, so proud of each one of my students and seeing what they create and learn! I have a few more days of classes that I am so excited for! Also enjoy the tiny tulip I painted on my thumb 😊😘
