Building a bakery looks glamorous… until you see everything that happens before the reveal. There are days I ask myself… Why am I doing this? 🥲

The early mornings. The long hours. The endless dishes. The recipe testing that doesn’t always go as planned. The self-doubt. Building a bakery is so much more than making pretty desserts.

But then I step back and see the finished product.

And I remember exactly why.

Because I’m completely obsessed with creating beautiful, delicious treats that bring people joy. Every detail, every late night, every challenge is worth it when I get to make something I’m proud of.

This is the part people don’t always see, but it’s the reason the final reveal means so much. 🤍🫧🍞
