5 years between the first and the last photo
💍👰‍♀️🤵❤️🚜
One of the coolest things I've done when @fairyanimal took me to @charlottendal for the first time was to drive that blue tractor. You have no idea how happy I was! And who could've known that 5 years later I'd drive the same tractor to my own wedding entrance (while our amazing local witch @alvizinsta accompanied me on my way with the epic drum sounds!!! Like how freaking cool is that??!!).
Thus was truly epic! Driving a tractor was just a joke we had in the beginning, but now I know for sure - I wouldn't do it in any other way.
Looking forward to do more crazy things together with you, my dear husband 💖

More photos from our epic honeymoon Perú adventures.
Those were made on our way to Laguna 69😏 where we both got some more altitude sickness. I got mine in weird way - on the way down, after I peed. Apparently it is a thing because of the change in blood pressure after the "release"🫠
🍕🍕🍕
A night before we went to the pizzeria and bought a calzone. They were so slow to make it that @fairyanimal got a bit Hangry and told them they have 5 minutes or we are going home. They brought it in 7 minutes but gave us the second one for free. So we decided to take it up in the mountains to eat while enjoying the view.

But Angie forgot he had a calzone in a backpack and sit on it, so we got FLATZONE. It was still really good tho. Especially good when you are on a hike and need some calories.
🐂🐃🐄
Cows are everywhere in the Perú mountains by the way. You literally sweat like a dog, climbing to 4k, breathing heavily and thinking- but there's no cows here for sure, right?
Wrong. They'll be there, chilling, eating grass and pooping like crazy. Not sure what was harder - to hike or to avoid stepping in poops while hiking 😅

There are many donkeys there too. It is extremely popular to travel with the guides and donkeys thst carry most of your things. You can see them on the last video. In our case we were the donkeys during each hike 💪 by @stash.py

At Laguna 69 😏, Perú with @fairyanimal 💘 where we went for the memes and gorgeous views. Look at the colour of the lake!!! So beautiful! Altitude: 4600m
Sadly - no swimming allowed there 🥲 but that was quite tempting.

P.S. I think Salomón should pay me for this mega super cool advertisement on the first photo. by @stash.py

👑Meet the Queen of the Andes! 👑
No, I wasn't talking about myself lol 😂
This super cool, weird, spiky plant is a Puya raimondii (Latin name), also known as the Queen of the Andes. In Quechua (the most widely spoken Peruvian language before the Spanish conquest) she's called Titanka or Ilakuash. This plant can grow up to 15 m tall!! 🤯 She's native to the Andes, so you can't meet this gal anywhere else on Earth 🏔️😏
And she is SUCH a drama queen 💅 Titanka blooms only ONCE in her entire life. She can live up to 100 years... but once she blooms, that's the end. 🥲 On the trunk you see, these queens produce around 8,000–20,000 seeds, and up to 12 MILLION seeds total 🌱💥 And then... they die. Very dramatic.
Sadly, all the Titankas we saw had already bloomed, and we couldn't find a single one still alive 😢 But we were still completely "WOOOOOW, WTF MAAAAAN, WHAT IS THAT???!!!" by their weirdness and height.
P.S. Leave a ❤️ if you scrolled all the way to the end of the photos and spotted a Peruvian Andes dinosaur 🦖🇵🇪 by @stash.py

Here, look at our cat - Shanti katten
Samira kattens dotter - @fairyanimal little bestie (well, she is 7 now, not so little anymore age-wise) and favourite travelling buddy. Shanti grew up in @charlottendal village living in @fairyanimal van and travelled with him around in all times of the year. And this girl isn't shy and would happily steal all the attention which she surely gets a lot. Our absolute Queen! 🐱👑
When we sometimes go back to the village Shanti is always happy and full of joy. And she isn't shy at all unlike her daughter Pukko, who is also my cat and afraid of her own shadow (and doesn't particularly like travelling in that van). Incredible how those two are different from each other despite the fact they are mother and daughter.
But yeah, not enough cats in my Instagram, so here, have some more cause this is what internet is for! by @stash.py

Hooja spelmanslag - när vi glider in på fika på Nationaldag 🇸🇪🤘

Got invited to celebrate Nationaldagen at Huddinge kommun as a new citizen - in our Stockholm suburbs 😎

Started with a choir of grandmas and a passionate old man in the centre of the choir absolutely pouring his soul into it. Respect!💪

Got my goodie bag with sweets, a flag pin, soap bubbles, hiking maps (we have trails in the kommun) and very nice Huddinge tray.

Sang the national anthem together with the choir and almost cried because it took me almost 10 years to get there. I feel incredibly lucky, especially now that the rules have changed and it is much harder for others 😔 My heart was also with my every friend who are still on that journey 💔 I hope they all get it soon without any additional restrictions 🙏

Then, of course - FIKA. Kanelbullar, white tablecloths and kaffe pump that had absolutely no respect for the tablecloths 🤣

My husband @fairyanimal (now I can officially call you that) missed his own ceremony years ago but got to watch mine and support 😉🫶 by @stash.py

Some cool moments from our snowy Christmas adventures at Fulufjället National Park and Idre Fjäll. by @stash.py

Every New Year together with @fairyanimal we are escaping Stockholm and searching for a snowy place somewhere in the North, sometimes in the middle of nowhere, but where for sure winter feels real. This time we took both our cats with us.
🐱🐈
This was our 3d time here together at Fulufjället National Park and on the photos you can see Njupenskär waterfall - the highest waterfall in Sweden. During the winter it looks especially majestic and for some reason always freezes with light yellow and blue colours. And this time was special because we could enjoy that (should I call it natural phenomenon?) tiny little stream that was trying to run through the pile of ice but kept freezing on it's way again and again thus adding even more to the pile. Very poetic. I've never seen anything like that before. by @stash.py

🌝🌝🌝
This year we decided to celebrate Winter Solstice (Yule) instead of Christmas (yes, very pagan) cause it makes more sense to celebrate it: this is the darkest day of the year and from that day there's only more sun. But also a lot of friends already planned to celebrate Christmas with their families or loved ones. Lot's of fun, delicious food and presents!
And big thanks to all of you who joined
💖💖💖
P.S. Please appreciate our Yule tree decorations 😉 by @stash.py
