Last few weeks around the roastery: always busy labelling and packing, pallets of coffee arriving including organic decaf, visiting our partner cafes (and admiring the retail shelf @bred_co), sharing coffee with work mates @singlefilewine, weighing out green beans prior to roasting, drinking even more coffee! taken in Stash Coffee by @stashcoffee

Some coffee travels better than others. If you've ever tried carrying a latte in your bag and ended up ruining your day, this is the bar for you.

Espresso Hazelnut Crunch is our old school 42% milk chocolate, made with single origin Solomon Island cocoa beans, Ecuadorian cocoa butter and South Gippsland milk. We added freshly roasted coffee from our friends at @stashcoffee then filled the bar with our Gianduja hazelnut chocolate and a little crunch. 🌰

It's milky, it's nutty, and the coffee won't spill on your laptop. Snap off a piece with your afternoon cup, or keep it for an after dinner treat.

We love exploring new flavours and sharing them through coffee. Collaborating with the winery at Singlefile Wines, Brad, our Head of Coffee, selected a coffee from Ethiopia Yirgacheffe to age in a mature French oak wine barrel.

The process has created a unique coffee that we have named after the road that winds through the Karri forest to get to Singlefile Wines and Stash Coffee - Walter Road.

This coffee has stunning notes of blackberry, dark chocolate and Bordeaux oak.

(Dare we say, it is the perfect transition from your morning cup of coffee to your afternoon glass of wine!)

Find out more at the link in bio or pop into @singlefilewine or @bred_co where you can find Walter Road on the shelf. by @stashcoffee

Our iteration of Pretty Things for the current season. Three naturally processed coffees, two from Brazil, and one from Ethiopia.

Maintaining the chocolate and fruit flavours that we love with a coffee from Cup of Excellence winning producer Danilo Barbosa in Brazil bringing potent rum, raisin and nutmeg spice to the blend.

The coffee from Ethiopia, from the Yirgacheffe region, is well balanced with berry and tropical flavours.

Simple, elegant and satisfying. by @stashcoffee

Wishing our customers, suppliers, friends and staff a beautiful Christmas and New Year.🎄

It's a busy time in our little holiday town and we hope everyone gets to stay safe and enjoy the time with great coffee and cheeky mince pies.

We're taking a little break from the roastery and can't wait to roast up a storm in 2026, back from January 5th.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us in 2025. by @stashcoffee
