Tooele’s #1 retro video game store has a new call sign. 📡
STATION UNKNOWN
New signal. Familiar faces.
Broadcast begins October 2026.

Misfits Toy Syndicate now ends our broadcast day 🇺🇸

But the signal isn’t gone.

Something new, with some familiar faces, will begin transmitting from this location in early October.

If you have store credit or an account with us, nothing is disappearing. It’ll be there waiting for you when the signal switches back on.

This account and our other socials are changing with us, so don’t change the channel.

Keep it dialed in right here for an update coming soon.

Until then…
We are experiencing technical difficulties.

If you watched that video and asked yourself “Why wasn’t I in it?” then you didn’t visit us at the first day of @utahretrogamexpo !

We will be back at it, earlier than we’d like, tomorrow morning! 10-7 at the Davis Conference Center in Layton, Utah!

We’ve already picked up more amazing games and toys from the other killer vendors and visitors and things are flying out of the booth!

You’re not busy tomorrow. Jump in the car and come see what’s new and what we brought out of the backrooms 😜

Out getting supplies for the Station 📺

Saw a thing.
Liked the thing.
Asked nicely about the thing.

Things escalated quickly.

We have the thing now. 🎃📡

It’s getting framed.

We’re almost ready to welcome Tooele to what we’ve been working on. We miss all the people we normally see on the daily and promise it is worth the wait. We hope you’re ready. Any day now.

Not every day we get four eras of Nintendo handhelds in at once. And they brought a few friends with them to the party. 🎊 🎈🎮 🎈 🎊

Tooele’s favorite Gym Leader, Erika, just used Ivysaur to regrow our Pokémon collection! The case and binder are loaded again for the first time in nearly two months, with plenty of sealed Japanese boosters still in the mix. 🌸⚡

A few more Gym Leaders may be stopping by the shop this weekend with some special drops ☔️ 30 years in the making. Let’s just hope Team Rocket stays far away. 🚀

We loaded the case with some fresh 40 years ago, vintage TMNT, complete with accessories, and apparently Shredder still found something to complain about. 🐢

What do you mean this isn’t what everyone’s trunk looks like after a trip to the store?

It’s rainy. It’s lazy. You weren’t doing anything productive anyway. 🌧️

Come hang out and look at some cool shit.

Fresh sealed Japanese Pokémon just hit the counter:
🔥 Hot Wind Arena
🥷 Ninja Spinner
🟢 Mask Change
🌀 Nihil Zero

And lurking in the corner is something we definitely don’t see every day: a Funko Shop Exclusive Freddy Funko Metropolis longboard, individually numbered 73 of only 100. 🛹👑

Come dig through the games. Flip through some records. Look at toys you forgot existed. Crack a Japanese Pokémon pack. Stare at the absurdly rare Funko skateboard and try to convince yourself you have a perfectly reasonable place to put it.

It’s a lazy rainy Saturday.

Perfect weather to Discover the Weird Side of Yesterday

The Noid went hunting after URGX and came back caffeinated. ⚡️🐰

Fresh imported Red Bull has landed at MTS, with flavors you’re not finding in the average gas station cooler.

No wings required to Discover the Weird Side of Yesterday.

Available in shop tomorrow.

Tooele is under a rare tornado warning. If you are in downtown Tooele and need to shelter, our doors are open. Come watch SNICK and laugh until the watch is lifted!

Stay safe!

What’s new at MTS?

Everything.

We found plenty of treasure at the @utahretrogamexpo and it’s all waiting for you at MTS. For days, we’ve been moving things around, filling shelves, emptying shelves, then somehow filling them again. Games, toys, LEGO, vinyl, collectibles, @d.daymts has some sick shop decks, and plenty of stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into any category.

Basically, if it’s been a minute since you’ve stopped in, the store probably doesn’t look the way you remember it.

You’re gonna need another trip…

…to discover the weird side of yesterday.
