In Headlights

Final project for my animation class this semester. This was something I had sort of conceptualized a few months back in making the original drawing and it feels good to see it come together.

Hand drawn 2d animated short film using frame by frame and key framed animation. Drawn on procreate; animated on procreate dreams and Adobe After Effects.
2210 frames at 30 fps

Wired Shut

This is my final print I made for a print exchange with my print 2 classmates! For this print I wanted to encapsulate the style and theme I have been printing in this year, while also pertaining to the prompt “A Closer Look.” It was a particular challenge to get the white lines of wire right, but that detail and the wood texture are my favorite parts.

So happy to share this print with so many awesome artists and to get some amazing work in return.

Or Be Hunted

9x12 Copper plate intaglio etching

$35 or $70 framed (4 available)

To chase, or be chased. To hunt or be hunted. The predator becomes the prey, the prey become predator.

This print came about after recurring dreams of being chased, running from something, but not knowing from what or why. Between designing the image drawing and getting this printed is probably the most time I’ve spent on a print and I’m pretty stoked on how it came out. Also happy to have it chosen as best in show in the student exhibition at UMaine.
