That’s all it takes for cardio! :) I walk on an incline of 3 and a speed of 3.0-3.5 usually. I recommend walking additionally for extra steps. Personally I walk a lot at work so that helps and I like to take walks outside sometimes too! Staying consistent is 🔑 by @stayingfitwithsof

💥 Can fitness actually increase confidence? 💥

Be honest 👀

Have you ever noticed you walk different when you’re in shape?

Like your energy hits different when you’re proud of your reflection? 🔥

💭 Do you feel more confident when you’re consistent in the gym?

💭 Or do you train because it gives you confidence?

💭 What’s your go-to move when you need to boost your self-belief?

Confidence isn’t built overnight — it’s repped into your soul. 💪

Every workout, every early morning, every “I don’t feel

like it” that you push through — it shows.

On your face. In your energy. In how you carry yourself. ⚡
