The Birth JongBae Lee, STAZ 2025, Spray Paint The Birth portrays the seven members of BTS together with their respective birth flowers. In this work, I reinterpreted the energy and colors I have felt from these seven beings through two techniques I handle best: posterized color division and op-art hatching. Each member came to me like a moment of a new beginning—like a “birth.” For this reason, this mural goes beyond a simple portrait. It seeks to contain their individual stories, atmospheres, and emotions as they bloom like flowers. Through color, pattern, and the flow of spray paint, I aimed to translate the texture of their individuality and music into a visual language. This is the core message I wished to convey through this work. #streetart #thv #rm #jin #jimin #jhope #jungkook #suga taken in 베스트힐 by @stazgraffiti
