Outside The Lines learned so much during the time with Southwest Patriots Assistant Coach Nick Hargrove!
Check out the skills he displays help athletes of all ages! #ostlpodcast #sports #highlights #@stctrainingllc #basketball by @stctrainingllc

My dad is the coach on one of the teams and I train with some on both teams so I was neutral in this one lol but let’s shine the light on the youth tonight ! Yesterday I watched two of the top teams in their city battle in a showdown ! THIS CLIP WAS UNDOUBTEDLY THE BEST SEQUENCE OF THE GAME 🏀 from the block to the crafty lay to the crowd engagement to the team in black clapping hands 🔥 this was basketball in its purest form ! For the kids on both teams good skill but even better energy , the little things don’t go unnoticed by real hoop heads 💯 & lastly I’ll leave you with this as you move on in your careers, potential is a beautiful thing BUT it is like a plant it will grow into nothing if you don’t water it 🧠📈 don’t let that go over your head #patience #keepgoing #stc #basketball #foryoupage by @stctrainingllc

Took Advantage Of The Opportunity & Used The Big Stage To Show What He Can Do @ballsohard_chase 🎯🔥📈

#ChaseDupree 37pts|5reb|3stl|2blk 60% FG 40% 3Ball #Uncommitted c|o ‘26 scoring guard #SouthwestMacon should be on coaches radar by @stctrainingllc

Quick Read Actions- Off Ball Screens , Slips, Cuts 🏀📝 #teachthegame then watch it translate live! These are actions that must be second nature to you at the next level! Expand the IQ, show them what they may see, & allow them to play and react! Being able to be elite with the ball in your hands is key but the attention you draw + being able to make plays without the ball is even more important 🧠🔑

Are you a good cutter, good screener, good rebounder, good defender, good shooter, can you think the game? The better understanding you have on the details, the better player you will be ✅ this is going to be a fun season these boys can play📈 Good Job Fellas! #SouthwestBasketball #stc #patience #keepgoing by @stctrainingllc

Ball Security & Ball Pressure 🏀📝 - we want to teach how to protect the ball and make the most of every possession! Want to make sure all of our guys can handle the ball well enough to do so + are equipped with the IQ! Then be able to apply the correct pressure on the defensive end! Making it tough for teams to get into their offense, not be able to swing the ball freely, have to shoot over a contest, etc! If you are good at these 2 fundamentals concepts and have the personnel you have a chance to win alot of ball games ✅ #stc #patience #keepgoing #basketballtraining #teachthegame by @stctrainingllc

The finish to some Friday Night Solo Work 🏀🔋 just a lil sweat equity ! Staying in shape, staying sharp, and being a master of the craft mentally & physically 📝

Skip towards the end and let me know did I do 10/15 in the corner or not! Prolly punished myself running for no reason🤦🏽‍♂️😂 #stc #patience #keepgoing #fridaynightlive #love 🙏🏽 by @stctrainingllc

The work is Intense & Intentional 🚀🏀 after growing up on the right foundation based on the fundamentals and doing all of the intangible things! Chase became a dynamic player! He always likes to learn new things, sharpen the details, and he catches on really fast🔋 it was imperative that I always let him grow in his creativity because his mindset, basketball imagination, and feel for the game are off the charts📈

We always work on the small things the most & incorporate every era into the grind! When it’s time to be creative he lets loose, under one condition have fun & GO HARD AS HECK 🔥🔥 didn’t become one of the most prolific scorers in the nation by accident🙏🏽 🔒’d in ! #stc #patience #keepgoing #basketballtraining #chasedupree by @stctrainingllc

Stay The Course October Training Calendar ‼️‼️ Y’all know the location and if you don’t just DM me 📲 times will fluctuate and the work will be real! Book your slots and let’s get active, want people who are focused on actual development & results to being the best they can be ! This isn’t time to slack ! It’s no myth what’s going on this way.. Let’s keep it going, season is around the corner 🔥🔥 $45 Walk In sessions available as well !! by @stctrainingllc

@devvrob_ was one of my favorite players to watch at the runs this summer simply because of his consistent motor & activity he brought each session 🔥 He is a do whatever is needed to win type of player that can do damage at multiple positions because he is tough, athletic, and willing to do all the dirty work! One of the guys you love to play with and hate to play against because he’s locking in on the perimeter + is protecting the rim defensively and is making extra possessions happen on offense ! Coming off a juco year where he averaged 7.4ppg 5.3rpg 56% FG it’s gonna be hard to keep him off the court because he just goes hard every possesion ! As he keeps developing his in between game & 3 ball it’ll get scary ! Keep going Dev🙏🏽 yall show him some love 🎥🏀 #stc #patience #keepgoing #foryoupage #summerhoops by @stctrainingllc

From what I saw this summer I know for a fact @c.perk5 is on a MISSION entering his junior season‼️ Was apart of a conference championship team as a freshman and it hasn’t shown in the stat column yet but he is THAT💯 He has done everything necessary in his preparation to have a successful upcoming year! He worked out with some great trainers, he got up on his own, he put 5am work in outside, he hooped against other college level guys, he hooped against grown men! The kid is a true floor general who can shoot it, defend, finish crafty lays, and most importantly run a team with the best of em🔑📈 Perk is ready to breakthrough, if given the keys to run the show he’s gonna make his college coach very happy & look very smart! I’m tuned in, yall show him some love #stc #patience #keepgoing #summergrind #foryoupage by @stctrainingllc

@thekhalilgreen is more than ready to show his full tool kit going into year 3 of college basketball !! He is a strong guard who immediately brings skill, toughness, and IQ when he steps on the court🏀 He is dangerous when in attack mode and is a career 80% FT shooter on high volume of 262 attempts✅ Coming off a season starting 25 games he is ready for the moment! When the opportunity presents he will increase in every category with production & efficiency! Show him some love , and stay tuned 🎥📈 #stc #patience #keepgoing #foryoupage #summerruns by @stctrainingllc

@chaydonstone put in a lot of unseen hours this summer‼️He is entering final season of college basketball locked in & ready to handle business🏀 always has positive energy + he’s a vocal leader out of both backcourt positions that can make plays for himself or others at a high rate 🔥🔥 Yall show him some love, some pro opportunities should be on the table after this senior showcase! #stc #patience #keepgoing #foryoupage #summerruns by @stctrainingllc
