The strength of a woman !!!
-
Sometimes purpose isn’t what we expect — it’s what we’re chosen for. 💫

Standing firm, breaking ground, and taking up space in a male-dominated industry isn’t just about creative finishes — it’s about building legacy.

From residential renovations to landing commercial contracts, we’re proving that women belong in every room, on every site, and in every conversation where impact is made.

Some moments need to be lived before they’re shared.

Over the past 12 weeks, I stepped into a space I once questioned if I belonged in — and was met with belief, challenge, and accountability. Grateful to Goldman Sachs and NYU Stern for seeing me, stretching me, and holding me to a higher standard.

This experience forced me to dig deep, confront hard truths, and rediscover my love for my business. I’m walking away more confident, more knowledgeable, and ready to pivot with purpose.

A reminder: when the doors meant for you open, no one can stop you from walking through them.
And once you accept — you achieve.

Stop measuring your progress against someone else’s speed.

In business, it’s easy to look around and feel like you’re behind because someone else is growing faster, booking more, making more noise, or seemingly getting there before you.

But speed and structure are not the same thing.

While they’re moving fast, you may be building systems. Creating flow. Learning the lessons. Putting the right people in place. Strengthening your foundation so that when growth comes, you can actually sustain it.

So don’t rush your process just because someone else appears ahead.

Some people will move quickly and meet roadblocks they weren’t prepared for. Meanwhile, you’ll arrive positioned, prepared, and strong enough to keep moving when the road gets difficult.

You’re not behind. You’re building something that can hold where you’re going.

Stay focused. Stay steadfast. Your pace has purpose.

“Dress how you want to be addressed.”

This one hit me because it’s something I practice every day.

Whether I’m loading materials at Home Depot, on a job site, meeting clients, or running from one responsibility to the next — I show up intentionally.

Not because every day feels easy. Not because life has been easy. But because I want to honor the woman I’m becoming.

Recently, people have stopped me just to say, “You look beautiful,” ask what I do, or simply want to know who I am… and I realized something. It wasn’t really about the clothes. It was the energy. The confidence. The presence.

For so long, I fought just to survive. Now I’m learning to show up and take up space.

So yes… dress how you want to be addressed. Show up for yourself, your vision, and the life you’re building — even when you’re loading trucks and picking up supplies in the Home Depot parking lot. by @steadfast.construction

Still reflecting on a few weeks ago at the @mavenhauscollective launch, where I had the honor of speaking and connecting with so many incredible individuals 🤍

This experience reminded me that success isn’t just about how far you go—it’s about who you bring with you. There’s real power in community, in opening doors, in sharing the room, and in extending a hand to someone who’s on their way up.

To everyone out there building, growing, and bringing others along for the journey—that’s the real win.

Let’s keep creating access.
Let’s keep making space.
Let’s keep blooming… together 🌿✨

✨ Read what our client had to say….. and then Swipe to see the transformation.

A bathroom isn’t just a room — it’s where your day begins and where it unwinds. It should feel peaceful. Elevated. Intentional.

This recent renovation wasn’t just about tile and fixtures — it was about creating a space that reflects comfort, confidence, and quality living.

If your space no longer reflects the level you’re growing into, it might be time to upgrade.

Ready to transform your bathroom into something you’re proud of?
