Join me, Risha Kotecha, an experienced Pediatric Physical Therapist, for a fun filled class where we will talk through all things tummy time and play with your baby at the same time! There is A TON of information out there, so let me make this stage easier and feel comfortable knowing that you can talk to a professional.

Are you a parent with a newborn to 3 month old? Check out these tips on what to expect during Tummy Time Play for this age group!

There are a couple ways to make sure your precious LO gets the recommended amount of tummy tummy time!

* Flat Firm Surface
* Over Your Lap
* Superman Carry

Tummy Time should ALWAYS be supervised - try tummy time every waking cycle working up to more than 30-60 minutes a day! Be kind to yourself, because we all know some days are better than others! Start with a little and work up to your goal!

ALWAYS remember that tummy time can look different for every baby. I hope these guide you on what to expect!
