I WROTE A COOKBOOK! I still can’t believe I get to say that…🙏 This cookbook started with something very personal to me: I wanted to make eating carnivore easier, more enjoyable, and something my family & friends could actually love. This book is the collection of all the meals I make for the people I love, the super simple recipes that helped me heal, and everything I’ve learned from living a carnivore lifestyle for the last 7 years. 🥩 PRE-ORDER your copy through the link in my bio 🥩 Or comment “BOOK” for the link sent to your dm’s! Thank you for being here, supporting me to write this book, and letting me share a little piece of my kitchen with you. ❤️🎶 -Bella by @steakandbuttergal
My doctor gave me 5 unexpected rules to prepare my body for pregnancy… and some of them are genuinely breaking my heart. 💔 As someone who’s been on a carnivore diet for almost 8 years, I’m learning that preparing for pregnancy might require me to change some of my longest-standing habits! I’m working closely with Dr. Elizabeth Bright @dr_elizbright.do.nd and will be sharing everything she has me continue to do. Now I NEED to know: Does lifting weights help you GAIN weight or LOSE weight?! 🏋🏻‍♀️ I’ve heard completely opposite experiences, and would love to hear yours. Follow along as I continue navigating pregnancy prep for me and my husband! ❤️👶🏻 #tcm #carnivorediet #fertility by @steakandbuttergal
My husband did NOT sign up for this. 😂🇨🇳 Apparently making a baby the Chinese way comes with a rulebook for my husband too… and he’s not getting off easy. I was truly surprised by some of these! But there’s ONE rule I’m still not sure about.. Should men be saving up their swimmers or releasing regularly?! I’ve heard completely opposite advice, and now I’d love to know what actually worked for you and your partner! Ladies AND gentlemen, please weigh in because we’re reading every single comment! LOL Follow along to see what’s next in this journey for us. I’ll be sharing labs, meals, and more learnings! #tcm #carnivorediet #fertility by @steakandbuttergal
Sharing traditional Chinese ways to prepare for a baby! 🐣 My husband and I are officially preparing our bodies for our first pregnancy, and I’m bringing you along this journey. The traditional Chinese ways, the modern lab work, the carnivore lifestyle, and all the things we’re learning along the way. Some of these might sound crazy, but I’m so curious to hear what other cultures do to prepare for pregnancy! Also…MAMAS AND FUTURE MAMAS, I NEED YOUR ADVICE! ☕️ Did you quit coffee before getting pregnant, cut back, or keep drinking it? Follow along to see what labs we’ll be getting, and how we’ll be eating for optimal fertility and health. 🥰 #tcm #carnivorediet #fertility by @steakandbuttergal
No vegetables. No fruit. Just meat, seafood, raw dairy and eggs. 🥩🥚🧈 Bella and I have both experienced incredible changes in our health since switching to a carnivore diet. So many issues we once struggled with have improved or completely disappeared, and we genuinely feel better than ever! 🙌🏼 People always ask, “Don’t you get bored eating the same foods every day?” Our answer? Absolutely not! 😂 When you feel this good eating the foods you love, why would you want to change? Simple food. No complicated meals. Just real, nutrient-dense animal foods. ❤️ To all our fellow carnivores, what health benefits have YOU experienced since going carnivore? 👇🏼🥩 We’d love to hear your stories! #CarnivoreDiet #CarnivoreLifestyle #keto #Carnivore #healthylifestyle by @steakandbuttergal

NO FLOUR CHOCOLATE CAKE 🍫🍰 300g of protein, low carb, gluten-free, and made without all the junk! ➡️Comment “CHOCOLATE” and I’ll send you the full recipe! I made this rich, decadent chocolate cake because my husband was having friends over, and I wanted to surprise everyone with a healthier dessert. The best part? Everyone LOVED it. They said it tasted just as indulgent as regular chocolate cake. Proof that you don’t have to sacrifice delicious food to eat better!
