Officially a Private Pilot today!

First of all, I would like to thank God for allowing me to have the opportunity to become a pilot. I would also like to thank the all the flight instructors that have taught me during this time, especially @shanegrubbs . I would also like to thank everyone who has supported me during this journey. There is still a lot more to go, but we all have to take the first step. Thank you!!! taken in University Air Center by @steelebuker

Today was my first solo flight, after many months of studying for the written, practicing landings and waiting for weather to clear, I finally got to do something every future pilot dreams of doing, not having an instructor beside you telling you more right rudder on short final 🤣. No but in all honesty I could not do what I did today with a good instructor guiding my steps. Thank you @shanegrubbs for all the help and support so far. Thank you to @brett6283 and all of my family that came out to watch me fly solo today. @madisonpaige.32 I hope you enjoyed listening to atc while you work lol! The journey is far from being complete but I am making great progress!! taken in University Air Center by @steelebuker
