How it works. Two formats: H12 or H24, in teams of 2 people. You must complete 8 events, with breaks in between to change, eat, and get ready for the next challenge. Teamwork will make the difference: you must support each other and reach the finish line together, always. Events (H12 / H24) 1. RUN – 4.5 km / 9 km 2. SWIM – 1 km / 2 km 3. KAYAK – 5 km / 10 km 4. STRENGTH 5. MTB – 21 km / 42 km 6. SECRET 7. ROW – 21,100 m / 42,195 m 8. HYBRID Categories • M-M • M-W • W-W • MW-Adaptive Age groups • OPEN → total age < 69 • M70+ → total age < 79 • M80+ → total age < 89 • M90+ → total age ≥ 90 Start times • Friday (H12) • OPEN → 08:00 • MASTER → 10:00 • Saturday (H24) • OPEN → 07:00 • MASTER → 10:35 . 🇮🇹 Come funziona. Due format: H12 o H24, in team da 2 persone. Bisogna completare 8 eventi, intervallati da una pausa in cui ci si può cambiare, mangiare e prepararsi per la prova successiva. Il lavoro di squadra farà la differenza: bisogna sostenersi e raggiungere il traguardo insieme, sempre. Eventi (H12 / H24) 1. RUN – 4,5 km / 9 km 2. SWIM – 1 km / 2 km 3. KAYAK – 5 km / 10 km 4.
