Some dishes make you pause for a moment. This tomato risotto at Flamel, with confit tomatoes, oyster leaf, and a stuffed oyster, was one of them.

Rich, velvety, and intensely flavoured, it brought together the sweetness of sun-ripened tomatoes and the freshness of the sea in perfect balance.

Having a drink at the amazing restaurant La Promesa in Malaga. The restaurant is named after the drink La Promesa, red vermouth, gin, banana liqueur, angostura and lemon - the drink was invented by Don Miguel Sanchez for the World Championships in Cocktails in Tokyo in 1979.
