There’s something so satisfying about dialing in a fresh bag of beans. ☕️🤎

Today’s coffee is Malabar from @miyicoffeeroasters

From opening the bag and grinding the beans to watching that gorgeous espresso flow into the cup, this is one of those coffee moments I could happily watch on repeat.

And that freshly pulled shot at the end? Exactly what I was looking forward to.

Started this pour thinking I was going for a 5-stack tulip, then randomly changed my mind halfway through 😂

Ended up with a 4-stack instead. No idea why I switched, but went with it.

Also, first pour with the new Kimera pitcher 🙌🏽
