Our first ever Family Weekend - whew! From hugging my girl’s neck and enjoying every second with her, a KU volleyball win, tailgating at 9am (serious partying going on!), touring the Kappa house, making new friends, meeting Julesy’s Bis Sis and her new friends, all the way to fan girling the volleyball girls when I saw them out and about. Flew to CA to see @onerepublic at the Hollywood Bowl on my birthday…LOVED the 11 second moment of silence, sang my heart out and teared up during a few (ok most) songs - forever my most favorite! 9/11 Memorial, shopping, rose named Jules, sunning at the cutest rooftop pool, and Matt Damon’s star - literally couldn’t get any better!
