Yesterday I attended the Ballon d'or ceremony in London ✨🌕

These magic football nights that I'm privilegded to live never fail to remind me where im coming from...

I was just a kid in a small village in Alsace... and like millions, I was full of passion for our beautiful game, and full of dreams.

We never know where our dreams can take us and we are living in a very uncertain world... but dreaming is still free of charge and "not trying our best" is still the worst that can happen to us.

For sure nothing came easy and nothing happens only by luck in football and life... but Im really grateful to live my passion everyday and to be working with so many amazing players, coaches, scouts, agents, sporting directors....who before anything else are GOOD PEOPLE 🙏

The celebration of Harry Kane yesterday was a very good sign for the new generation: success comes with hard work, dedication, passion, and perseverance - and you don't need to push other people down to elevate yourself.

Thank you and big Bravo @harrykane 👏⭐️⚽️

"The negotiation started when she entered the room"

In this second edition of the UEFA Player agent programme, we discussed how football agents should protect their players, and what human values they need to carry along their way.

Thank you so much Rafaela for accepting this role of Session Director and taking the time to share your experience and knowledge with our young football agents.
