NYC HRYOX… first time ever traveling and i’m so grateful that it was to race in another hyrox! i could not stop smiling the whole time! i never would’ve imagined i stefani reznikow would be competing in hybrid fitness races especially when looking back at my past. i have come so far in life and i couldn’t have done it without the amazing people god has brought into my life! thank you to my family who helped me get to New York (especially Katie you were my rock this weekend) and made it possible for me to race but more importantly thank you to my friends! you guys know who you are, i love you guys so much. thank you for always supporting me and trying your best to keep me away from QP’s and just never giving up on me. my friends are my chosen family they are the ones that allow me to grow. thank you for always answering when i call and thank you guys for showing me i don’t always have to be afraid! i can’t wait to give you all hugs when i can feel my legs again! The Hyrox community is so amazing the girls i race with are so supportive and they will cheer you on while running by your side because we are all there for the same purpose! sometimes doom scrolling is good because if i hadn’t been on tik tok scrolling and seen @lets_dom_inate talking about hyrox i would never even know what a hyrox is! Post hyrox depression is so real but i can’t wait to see everyone in Boston for my 3rd freaking hyrox!!!

Love you guys the most - Rezzi 🐄🧡🤍 taken in New York City by @stef_rezzi
