We had better than the BEST family vacation 💕 Beautiful beach days, slumbers parties with secret marshmallows and handshakes, spas in the sand, ice cream every night, laughs so hard that we couldn't breathe. First, I want to say thank you to everyone for all of your love in celebrating my sobriety!!! Overwhelms my lil heart 💗

July 15, 2018. 11 days after an attempt to end life, I was beyond the feeling of 'lost'. Crying alone in the grass at Warped Tour in Connecticut, I reached out to one of two people I knew at the show. And she came through the crowd to find me. While letting me cry as I shared everything I've been through, the conversation led to the realization that I HAD to quit drinking in order to save my life. @aimeeinterrupter, you have stood by me while I've crawled out of hell to save myself. I am thankful for you every second of every day. Your friendship and your love has helped me rise above.
Some photos are more important than just having a picture together. And I'm so happy that you had Kevin take this. Even after all the tears, it's easy to see the newfound peace in my eyes. I love you with all of my being.
Although I count my sober date as the date of my final drink....This day, 4 years ago, my healing had truly begun 🙏 by @stefamousxx

Perfect day to pick some apples (out of a basket), get cider donuts, and have mom agree to a pumpkin with a 'good flat face to carve' 🎃🍎❤️
When we got home she said "okay, back to normaN" because that's how the Rugrats always talked 🤣🤣🤣 by @stefamousxx

What a beautiful day for a walk!! 🌞 And for friends that last a lifetime 💕💕 Mom has been SO happy all day after having her childhood friends come to support her!! It’s an absolute blessing to have her friends AND my friends with us 🙏🏼💜
Thank you to you all, anyone that donated, and anyone who loves my mom!!!!
And since mom yelled “I want ice cream” in the middle of the walk 😂, we love Ice Cream Shop extra today for still being open!
Alzheimer’s is so ugly but we will continue the fight 👊🏻

This week marks 10 years! I have been at Newton Medical for an entire decade.
I graduated with a bachelors in psychology then got an unrelated job close to home until I found something ‘better’. But then I just never left 😂
I wouldn’t be who I am without the people I spend all my days with.
Kathy is my absolute PERSON in life. We are the ultimate team, in and MOST IMPORTANTLY, out of the office…always helping me survive depression.
I’ll never get my wheezing from laughter or Christmas obsession under control with Shari.
Alexis left years ago but still is a #1 in my life, who understands all the emotional and also all the stupid shit we share with each other.
I'm so grateful for everyone who are not only coworkers. They're my friends, my family.
And I never thought being a receptionist would be of any kind of importance to patients but OMG, the relationships I've formed are SO special 💕💕 by @stefamousxx

I confused people with my post earlier, looking like I had surgery today. So in order to continue talking about myself, here is a recent photo after taking a walk because my spine doesn't do well sitting for more than 20-40 minutes 🙃
TWO YEARS AGO. I arrived to my own suite at ~Hotel Spinal Floor~ at Albany Med after being transferred from Ellis to have emergency surgery. They say you usually know how healed your nerves will be after 2 years post Cauda Equina Syndrome so I'm disappointed that I still have numbness that'll now most likely last forever. But THANK GOD I went to the ER when I did because without urgency, I could've been left with permanent leg paralysis. My back is in nearly constant pain but this is the year I need to get back to work...aka back to seeing @theinterrupters 😂 No matter how much my back makes me want to scream or how numb my legs get 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
