I’ve taken a lot of photos here over the years. A lot in the same spots, from the same angle and perspective. So why do I keep bringing my camera back? Mainly…our kids. They change WEEKLY. And the light, especially in LaPush, changes by the minute. No two moments documented are ever completely identical. Making this one of my favorite places to spend time and to take photos. Last week on the Olympic Peninsula was a dream and it’s never long enough. The other night we got another amazing encounter with a curious fox who kept coming closer and closer then running away then coming closer again 😂 It’s always incredible to see them up close like this, not to mention having a huge zoom lens. 🤓 Hope you enjoy this set. Just a few snaps from our past week on Maui 😍 Definitely enjoying watching our kiddos falling in love with Hawaii. They will say things like “I’m never leaving not ever!” and Goldie just says “I’m happyyyyyyy!” Life is still full of finding balance while we’re here though, the chores, emails, editing, and parenting do NOT slow down 🤣 And, starting today, a bunch of photo shoots, a wedding, and some island hopping begin!
