💭 A THOUGHT FOR THE CULTURE: PERSEVERANCE, STAYING POWER & KNOWING YOUR WORTH 🔋💯

Let me plant a seed of awareness with this one. 🌱

It's crazy how people will support and promote messiness, clout chasing, violence, adultery, death, and hate… but when something authentic, genuine, and positive comes around, suddenly the energy changes. The same people who have all the noise for negativity become real quiet when it's time to acknowledge something with substance. 🤔💯

You can sincerely show up for people you love, support their dreams, celebrate their accomplishments, and stand beside them simply because it's the right thing to do. You don't do it for recognition, a favor, or a return on your investment. You do it because your heart is genuine. ❤️

But sometimes, people become so comfortable receiving your sincerity that they start treating it like an entitlement. They forget to reciprocate, overlook your loyalty, and turn around to give their attention to individuals who haven't demonstrated half the consistency, integrity, or solid character you've shown them.

And that's when you have to understand something: EVERYBODY ISN'T CUT FROM THE SAME CLOTH. 🧵💯

Time has a way of revealing what conversations never could. You don't have to compete for attention, campaign for appreciation, or compromise your principles to fit into somebody else's world. Sometimes, the greatest lesson is realizing that your value doesn't decrease simply because somebody else fails to recognize it.

So keep persevering. Keep your staying power strong. 🔋 Keep being that authentic, dependable, genuine individual, even when the world seems to reward everything opposite of what you stand for.

Don't let other people's inconsistency turn you into somebody you're not. Don't let their lack of reciprocity make you bitter. And don't confuse being overlooked with being less valuable.

BE COOL WITH BEING YOUR GOOD OLD, AUTHENTIC SELF. 💯

I'd rather stand ten toes down in my truth than be surrounded by a hundred people who only show love when there's something in it for them.
