After 3 years of shooting it’s finally released on Amazon Prime in the Netherlands.

Most of it was shot on a Blackmagic pocket with Nikkor Ais lenses.

In Air Hunger, a small group of elite athletes, scientists, veterans and coaches experiment with breathwork to improve performance and mental health.

MMA world champions. NFL players. US ski mountaineering athletes . Special forces operators. A breathing coach who rebuilt his life from the ground up. And scientists scanning the brain for the first time in history during extended breathwork sessions.

Three years in the making. Independently produced. Out now in the Netherlands. Released internationally later this year.
