Its soon fifteen years since we started the journey of becoming the best longdistance crosscountry Skiteam in the world.

The budget was approx 10% of what the big players had at the time and we carried the skiwax in a used plastic bag from Coop…

On the legendary camp @hallstaberget in Sollefteå all the seven teammembers was squeezed in in Antons 20 year old mini pickup on the way down on the hill repeats. The breaks overheated close to burning point, but we managed and all become crystalclear to me… this will be a success!! … its just a matter of time…

Many years later we did the impossible… all top five positions @vasaloppet This time it was the guys. A totally impossible, unimaginable, dreamy outcome that probably never Will happen again in the history of time…

Last week we got tougether in Stockholm to celebrate not only the win in it self but also reflect on how we have accomplished it, winning four years in a row with different winners.

Everything comminh from how we see and build the team. With respect for the individuals but always with the teams best in sight. A totally unique 157 culture that we knit into everything we do, sports or business…

A big big hug to everyone that has been there along the way supporting, helping cheering… Thank you!🙏🏻❤️

An extra big Thank you to Anton Järnberg, coach, teamleadand fixer…the man that makes it all possible and probably swedens swedens most underrated top sports coach all categories…having the unique skill balancing the very hard task of breeding winners and securing a humanistic, warm and familylike culture that can handle the uniqueness of all individuals.

Great Basics for all people… 157…

’Retailer of the Year 2024’ 🏆

Efter några fantastiska veckor med flera stora och viktiga öppningar fick vi i torsdags mottaga priset Markets stora pris som ’Retailer of the Year”.

Från en start på Hemrydsgatan i Ulricehamn 1989 har vi sakta utvecklat ett företag som just i torsdags objektivt faktiskt betraktas som Sveriges allra bästa retailföretag.

Det är ju helt galet när man tänker på allt som hänt…på alla duktiga kollegor och konkurrenter… på alla utmaningar och omöjliga hinder…på alla 1000 tals gånger man velat ge upp… men ändå klivet upp och försökt igen… det är galet och svårt att ta in… men…

Tack alla i teamet. Under som varit med, under alla år…Ni är bäst och grunden i ALLT ❤️🌟🙏🏻

Tack alla partners och medarbetare i hela värdekedjan. Tack för fantastiskt samarbete och er otroliga lojalitet. 🙏🏻❤️

After taking care of core business at the 157 Office in Gällstad and Stockholm i had a couple of days in warm and sunny Zurich.

Last week I was visiting Almedalen to get engaged in important topics on how to build a better society tougether with amazing people from all parts of business and public sectors.

Growth and competetiveness in EU and Nordics are obvious topics in a global world where competition is getting more and more international.

AI is still superbig but the human aspect of the transition its still almost no one talking about.
I was very lucky though that I had the best panels and colleges contributing to put light on it. For an AI world to be seen as successfull it needs to deliver clear value to humans AND more positive interaction between humans…

Thanks @almedalsveckanofficiell , @visbycentrum and everyone that I got to know, laugh with and learn from 🙏🏻❤️

Bringing lots of inspiration back home to keep building and keep improving, 102%

Hard work pays off!

So the most ambitious project on our German adventure is now officially open.

In a classical Cologne retail building in top city location we have now opened our first street located store in the country. 2000 m2 in two floors.

So happy and proud that we pulled this off, it Will have a great Impact on our local presence and open up for so many opportunities to meet the customer for real.

Thanks to all our partners and to everyone in the amazing 157 team making it happen. 🙏🏻🌟❤️
