Grief is a feisty and stubborn emotion, but it’s there for a reason. Processing it, feeling it, honoring it takes time but eventually moves from mourning to love. Hang tight, friends!

Blame our elders who told us how important family is 🤷🏻‍♀️

🤓🤓🤓 embrace the growth!
1. Radical Acceptance- the hardest part, the mind block. Tackle it first.
2. Wintering- from a lovely friend to remind me the new peaceful quiet is not bad.
3. Breaking Free- a must read for the rumination girlie.
4. Rationality- toe dip into Ellis’ explanation of needing independence and connection. 🤔 JUST A TOE, NICE TRY AL!
5. Reviving Ophelia- to feel heard.
6. Man’s Search- annual read.
7. True Love- up to the knee now.
8. Writing Begins- and then do it with no apologies. Every day, with colors, highlights, and scribbles.
9. Attached.- so much to be explained, focus on self. Waist submerged.
10. Shutdown- Spoiler Alert, sometimes it’s all three.
11. Secure.- truly the sweetest way to live. Diving in.

Happy reading!
