It is done. I did it. Graduating from Florida State University and becoming an alumni is something 18-year-old Stefi wouldn’t have imagined. My journey here included starting at USF and immediately craving something else. After my AA at TSC, I was determined to turn my grades and attitude towards school around. Going from a 4.3 GPA to below a 3.0 was super disappointing, and made it hard to persist through. Moving to a new city is never an easy transition, and moving schools twice certainly wasn’t either. FSU was such a supportive community with a *mostly* amazing staff. I owe it to my big, Lexi for my introduction into Lambda Alpha Epsilon, the professional criminology fraternity that gave me comfort in regular social activities always feeling like family gatherings, along with several criminal justice opportunities. I was inspired to be involved in most things FSU and joined the amazing Campus Recreation department where I fell in love with our FSU Lakefront Park.

I owe a lot to FSU and the community I became a part of in the two amazing years I spent here. I am proud of who I’ve become, and am eternally grateful to those who supported me along the way. Thank you, as always, to my friends and family! #nolesforever

p.s thank you to the amazing @picsbylivimarie for these beautiful photos! taken in FSU College of Criminology and Criminal Justice by @stefi.bauzo
