On 7 and 8 May 2027 Steinbeisser will bring world-renowned chef Ana Roš of 3 Michelin star Hiša Franko to the Goetheanum in Dornach celebrating our 10th Swiss anniversary. Ana Roš will be crafting a special plant-based tasting menu featuring biodynamic produce sourced from the Goetheanum garden. Biodiversity serves as inspiration for the artists who will craft bespoke ecological pieces that will transform the dining table into a total work of art.
