quaker lake is so hard to explain to someone who’s never experienced it. the presence of Jesus and sense of happiness that i get from even just being on property is so amazing to me.

going from camper to ca was a lot harder than i expected, but it was such a joy to serve such an intentional God over the last 2 weeks. a wise man once said at campfire, that if the opportunity is there you need to take the jump, and that’s so true. we are chosen by God for an exact purpose at an exact time. i’ve learned to lean in to every camper, peer, conversation, & interaction, and be intentional with my words and actions.

thank you to my fellow CA’s for making this past week so special. everyone’s light is so bright for Jesus & i can’t wait to see how He uses you through camp in the future! also for coyote peterson 🥹

thank you staff for not just the last 2 weeks but everything. you are the reason we keep coming back, i love each & everyone of you ❤️
