Started middle school track season at the preseason relay meet as the anchor for the 4x1. It was my first time ever running a relay, so I still have a lot to work on with my handoff, but I had a great time, closed the gap, and helped secure 2nd for my team. Excited for what’s ahead this season! 🏃🏻‍♀️💨

Ump said, “Hey kid, that’s a nice swing you have.” I said, “Thanks… my Daddy gave it to me.” 😏

Another PR! 📈 This weekend I raced in a high school meet and took 1st in my heat for the 200m. I dropped my time by .59 seconds, setting a new personal best of 27.09.

Still a lot of work to do to reach my goals, so it’s back to the track this week preparing for my final indoor meet next weekend 💪🔥

The only thing better than the ball going over the fence was the girls waiting for me at home plate. 🤍🥹 Can we do summer over?

Another fun week with D1Vision National 14U at the MS Bombers Invitational! We really found our stride as a team and brought home the Premier Bracket Championship. 🏆

I’m grateful for every opportunity to compete, learn, and grow alongside this group. We have a week off to get back to work, and then we’re headed to Baton Rouge for the Death Valley Invitational. Looking forward to the next challenge! 💪🥎

Kicked off summer ball with D1Vision National 14U at Show Me the Money in Newberry. Got an opportunity at shortstop this weekend and didn’t take it for granted. I had a great day and had a not so great day and that pretty much sums up softball! 🤪

I’m learning that growth comes from both success and failure. Every great play builds confidence, and every mistake provides information on what to improve next.

Quick turnaround, and we’re back at it this week in Oxford for the Bombers Invitational. Ready to keep working 💪🏽

Finished my first and last middle school track season at the State Championships at IMG Academy. I ran my second ever outdoor 400m and am starting to get the hang of that race, PR’ing with a 1:01.08.

I missed qualifying for state in the 100m and 200m by just a few tenths of a second, but I’m back to work with goals in mind!

Week ✌🏽 recap: Opened outdoor middle school season with my first ever 400m and took 1st overall (1:01.98) — state qualifier. Came back in the 200 with little recovery and matched my indoor PR (26.9). Feeling confident with my starting point, but I’ve got a lot to work on and I’m excited to keep it going.
