Have you seen them? I was 13 when I first encountered them, ten years later I found that there are folktales going back generations describing exactly what I saw, exactly where I saw it.

This isn't just a faith, it's an integral part of life on earth, these relationships are ancient.

They also go by many names as there are many varieties, in Wales we might call them Y Tylwyth Teg, in Ireland and Scotland some are known as the Sidhe.

It is in English that we have diluted them down to 'fairies'.

If you want to know more about the Fairy Faith in Celtic Countries I have a video on YouTube about this... Find it on my YouTube channel 'StellaMarieHere'.

This photo was taken at Pentre Ifan where the fae are known.

Within the depths of Britain's waters and the self... Annwfn isn't like an otherworld separate from ours.

It's where the divine spirit of inspiration flows from, the Awen from Welsh mysticism.

Annwfn is also a mythic realm where the oldest stories and deities from Britain live in.

🔥 Is there a fire within you? Could your voice and story be part of the great re-embering?

The stories we share have the power to shape how we see ourselves, how we connect with one another, and the world we create together.

In this beautiful moment from my conversation with Welsh artist, storyteller and ritualist Stella Marie Sheppard, @stellamariehere we explore the relationship between creative inspiration, finding our voice, and the stories that help shape our collective future.

'The great re-embering' is an idea Stella shares from the teachings of her wise friend, Marcus Merlin, @marcusmerlinpowerguide: remembering to breathe life into the embers of our unique creative fire.

As storytellers, we can share the words of others that have touched us, as well as the stories that live in our own hearts. It's about more than expressing ourselves. It's about contributing to a story that is still unfolding.

✨ What story are you ready to share?
