The girlies have spoken and peas need better marketing🫛 idk who came up with “girl kibble”. That ain’t it. But I must admit I had to try because it’s a bad name for a perfect lunch. Comment RECIPE and I’ll send you the link 💌 by @stellar.health

I go to sleep thinking about this too frequently 🍪 by @stellar.health

use it as a dip, use it as a salad dressing - you do you! 🌱
RECIPE:
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh herbs (I used a combo of cilantro, dill + chives. parsley or basil would also work!)
- 1/3 cup packed fresh baby spinach (1 handful)
- 1.5 cups cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup thick yogurt
- 2 Tbsp mayo
- 3 Tbsp avocado or olive oil
- Juice & zest from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high. if it’s having a hard time starting to blend, you could add 1 Tbsp of water to help get it started.
- wait until everything is incorporated and looks smooth and creamy, then continue to blend for another 20-30 seconds to fully emulsify the oil. this will get it really thick and creamy!
- taste and seasons with more salt/pepper to your liking!
- ENJOY with veggies, chips, pita, or as a salad dressing! by @stellar.health
