Hi Everyone!

I wanted to re-introduce myself since there are so many new faces here!

I’m Ireland, the founder and lead planner behind Stella Ray Weddings. I founded SRW in 2024 with so many doubts of failure, or the idea of never booking...

Fast forward to now, and I have been SO blessed with this amazing wedding community I’ve been able to be a part of, and also the amazing couples who have seriously made this journey begin and flourish.

It’s still such a pinch me moment every time I’m onsite on the wedding day. I think one of the biggest questions I get on my intro calls with couples is “How did you get the name Stella Ray?” Long story short, my mother insisted my name was Ireland, but my father, also wanting to use his name began calling me Stella — which stuck, and now is the name behind my company!

Some facts about ME 💌

• My husband is also in the wedding industry
• We are currently a few weeks out from getting our second golden retriever!
• My favorite post wedding treat is waking up in the morning and getting old fashion donuts
• My current hyper fixation is making kombucha at home

My couples often ask how I got into weddings and why I love it so much.

Honestly? It’s the whole process! I get to help design the space and focus on my couples priorities from the early stages and understand what’s important to them and bring in vendors who fit their vision and then execute the day!

The Keech’s 🕊️ 9.24.2026

Kaitlin & Steven are the definition of the purest & softest love, and their wedding day was filled with the presence of the lord!! This one was special for us as I have known Steven pretty much forever, so getting to have a front row seat and capture all the behind the scenes was the BEST and such a blessing!

Cheers to Fiamma & Graham 🕊️🥂

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect fall day. The morning started slow, the ceremony was intimate and had us all a little teary, and by night we were celebrating the newlyweds surrounded by candlelight. It was such an honor to capture this day alongside such a talented vendor team 🫶🏻

Congratulations to the Tuuri’s

Ali the bride had such a great design for this reception space @bavaria_downs and it came together beautifully. The entire day was intentional from getting ready with her daughters and bridesmaids in Excelsior, to the ceremony with the wooden cross made specifically for them at Ali’s family farm.
