An unforgettable past 4 years!

Auburn is special because it is the place I started closely walking with the Lord. Through friends who challenged me, encouraged me, prayed over me, and walked beside me, I learned what real community looks like. I would not know the Lord the way I do now without the people He used here.

Looking back on my time here, I can see God’s sovereignty in every part of my story. The people, the timing, the closed doors, the answered prayers, the unexpected turns… all of it! He knew exactly where He was leading me long before I did.

I’m leaving Auburn more grateful than I could ever put into words. For the friendships, for the community, and for the God who remained faithful through every single part of it.

Now onto get my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Montevallo! Expectant for what the Lord will do here! by @stellatyoung

This trip showed me that the Gospel is both incredibly simple and the greatest, most life-changing truth there is. We are sinners in need of a Savior. God, in His great love, sent Jesus to die the death we deserve. Jesus lived a perfect life and took on all of our sin so that we may receive Him into our hearts and experience eternity with Him. That sacrifice allows us to have a relationship with Him through His Spirit, who is alive in us.

I am in awe of how the Lord used the Gospel to transform lives this week. Praise the Lord! What a mystery that God would use us to play a role in His work.
