A new chapter in Paris. ✨

My first time at The World’s 50 Best Hotels ceremony, as 50 Best steps into its new chapter as The 50. @the50_global @the50hotels

Mandarin Oriental Qianmen Beijing at No.7, the only Mainland Chinese hotel among this year’s 50 Best Hotels. As a Beijinger, couldn’t be prouder. 🇨🇳❤️ @mo_qianmen

So happy to see several familiar faces from Hong Kong on the list too.
And so many familiar names from Thailand, Italy and beyond, alongside plenty of new faces I was happy to meet in Paris.

So much to celebrate, and so many friends to celebrate with. 🥂

The most unexpected dish of the meal, a whole rabbit feast tucked into one taco:
• Grilled rabbit tongue, tenderloin & diaphragm
• Hand-pulled rabbit meat from 100 rabbit heads, stewed
• Rabbit skin roll with pico de gallo
• Rabbit braised in a rich red sauce

Finished with black mole.
So many layers, textures and flavors in one bite. ✨
