Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our 2nd annual portfolio tasting at @crevette_nyc. You could feel the energy in the room, everyone brought together by great wine, food and good company. So great to have @christopherroberthines in the house. Couldn’t have done it without @ed.z.szymanski and the team, and can’t wait to do it again next year. A big thanks to @elvisgreatjones for hosting a bottle-filled after party, kicking off an exciting fall ahead! by @stellewineco

What a special weekend celebrating @chefstableofficial inaugural food festival in Park City last month. It’s hard to sum up those last 3-days but a few highlights included fire dinner wines with ā€˜Fat Kids Weekend’ crew, cacao bumps by @virgiliocentral, the perfect bite of pork belly, and a 60/70s whiskey tasting with Derek Trucks. Congrats to @thisisdavidgelb, Justin Connor, and the rest of the team on this incredibly significant achievement. Can’t wait to see what comes next to Park City in 2027! by @stellewineco

When Adrien Emond returned to Séguret in the Southern RhoĢ‚ne, it was as if he was seeing it for the first time. While he had grown up there, Adrien spent years honing his craft under some of Burgundy’s most respected winemakers before launching his own eponymous project. He spent three years alongside Cécile Tremblay in Vosne-Romanée, formative time with François Carillon in Puligny-Montrachet, and later completed a stint at Domaine Santa Duc just down the road in Gigondas.

Here, Adrien’s love for the unique terroir of the region was reignited. Working across 2.3 hectares, Adrien meticulously tends to his vines by hand, using organic farming practices only. Old vine Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre are hand-picked and mostly destemmed. Five weeks of cold maceration with gentle pump-overs and pigeage are followed by eight months of élevage, split between used demi-muids from Chassin & Rousseau, and stainless steel tanks.

For now, everything comes together in one, precise and beautiful cuvée - Les Jardins. But with big plans to expand the domaine with plantings of Clairette Blanche, Clairette Rose, Bourboulenc and craft new bottlings, Adrien’s just at the beginning of creating what he hopes will be a long and prosperous legacy. You can taste Les Jardins at our portfolio tasting for a sneak-peek of his 2025s. by @stellewineco

California dreaming - as we continue to expand our portfolio into Spain, Germany, and beyond, it remains equally important to work with great domestic producers. @thesetwines, @williamhinesfamily, and #Volterre are shining examples of the incredible things happening in American viticulture. With less than a month to go until our portfolio tasting, we can’t wait for you to taste these wines alongside a sea of stellar European cuvées. Chris Hines will be in the flesh at Crevette pouring their killer range of Santa Rita Hill’s wines! by @stellewineco

After a terribly hot and complicated growing year, harvest 2026 has kicked off across Spain, Italy, and France. Looking back to some of our favorite moments from 2025 includes harvesting in Burgundy, and thinking about what makes these moments so special: getting to reconnect with the land, eat authentic local food, drink wines you might not normally, and most importantly, to be reminded of why we must appreciate our vigneron in their arduous work, especially with a vintage like 2026. It has been a challenging year for winemakers, vines, and nature alike, so we are sending extra wishes to all our producers and friends this year. We can’t wait to taste the fruits of your labor. Cheers to all of you! taken in Villages des Hautes-CĆ“tes de Nuits by @stellewineco

So fun to see our producer @maison_a.s included in @b.y.o.b.mag recent article on the Hautes CoĢ‚tes. We’re proud to bring in Maison A&S’s wines that showcase just how much Burgundy’s ā€œoff the beaten pathā€ appellation has to offer. Founded in 2018 by Burgundy natives, Alexandre Aires and Pierre-Alexandre Soltana, Maison A&S works with both negoce and old-vine domaine grapes harvested from across the Hautes CoĢ‚tes de Beaune and beyond, vinified according to low-intervention principles. With new plots of Bourgogne Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, we’re so excited to show their entire – and ever growing – range of cuvées at our portfolio tasting this fall. Stay tuned for more details. We’re so excited to announce that, for the second year in a row, we’ve partnered with our friend @stefano_zoli_vino to create a private-label cuvée from his electric Verdicchio vines in Matelica. Bright, refreshing, and perfect for summer, this limited edition IGT bottling is a celebration of collaboration, founder Tom Stelle’s roots in the hospitality and F&B industry, and underscores one of Italy’s most compelling white grapes. The 2025 vintage from Zoli has landed, and it marks Stefano’s favorite yet for both the IGT & DOC cuvées. BBQ wine, or BTG ready! by @stellewineco

**NEW PRODUCER** Although the history of @domainealimar stretches back centuries, its winemaker, Alexis Limar, is shaping a fresh future in La Neuville-Aux-Larris. Drawing on generations of family winemaking tradition, stretching back to 1792, he crafts wines that are deeply rooted in his home terroir.

Alexis and his wife, Jeanne, launched their own project, continuing to farm the vineyards that once belonged to his grandfather. Today they cultivate 11-different parcels across the Marne Valley, vinifying each separately to capture its unique identity and sense of place. Alexis favors spontaneous fermentation without fining or filtration, along with extended aging on the lees, between 11-18 months, and 3-5 years in bottle before release.

Across the range, the wines balance precision with generosity. Their chalky texture, reductive edge, and persistent finish make them difficult to forget. We’re thrilled to be importing Alexis’ Champagnes for the first time in the US and the future is very bright for this husband/wife team. Quantities are very limited! by @stellewineco

Sun’s out, @tenuta_la_ca is flowing. Ever since we tried these wines along the stunning coast of Lake Garda, it’s impossible not to open these cuvées and think about enjoying them in summer. For beach days or cookouts by the pool, these wines are fresh and energetic like winemakers Pietro and Aldo Giambenini, whose spirit, as much as their terroir, is captured in every bottle. by @stellewineco

We think the next best thing to traveling to coastal Italy this summer is eating @marearestaurants spectactural seafood with a glass of Lagille. Marea has long been a favorite of ours for their staple pastas and fresh seafood on beautiful Central Park South, and obviously, the great wine program. Beverage director @fgrosso7 has put together an amazing list over his 17-years, and we feel incredibly proud to have our wines included BTG and BTB. If you’re in the city this summer, stop by Marea and check out our cuvées BTG from @domainelagille & @weingutniedrist, along with some treats BTB from @domaine_garcia, @maison_glandien, and beyond. Enjoy a true taste of la dolce vita. by @stellewineco

The Aube is one of most exciting sub-regions in Champagne today and @champagneguenin is crafting hidden gems in Treslon. Rooted in their family’s long history in the CoĢ‚te des Bar and informed by the experiences of Sébastien Guenin before returning home in 2015 with his wife Axelle, each cuvée reflects the layers of the domaine’s story. In both the vineyard and cellar, the approach is thoughtful and low-intervention. Grapes are farmed organically with biodynamic treatments, then vinified with indigenous yeasts. All fermentations and élevage take place in oak barrels. Non-vintage cuvées are less than 10% reserve wine to preserve the vintage expression, and spend a minimum of 24 months on lees. The vintage bottling is always single-varietal depending on quality of Pinot Noir vs. Chardonnay in that year, and aged for roughly six years before disgorgement. The result is champagnes that marry precision and energy, offering a vivid expression of the limestone-rich terroirs of the CoĢ‚te des Bar, paired with beautiful new labels! by @stellewineco
