Earlier this week, I took a little last-minute trip that gave me space to feel how much has been changing within me 💕🍂

I went to be in nature, and the water called to me too. I know what being in the water does for me. Standing beside it, listening to it, and letting myself slow down reminded me how much simply being near it can do for my mind and soul 🌊🌿

This past year has asked me to be more honest with myself than I’ve ever been. I’ve had to acknowledge parts of myself that were difficult to face and patterns I needed to change. Taking responsibility has meant carrying those realizations into the choices I make every day 🧠✨

Through that work, I’ve come to understand myself more deeply. I’m learning that loving myself includes having the courage to grow, the compassion to forgive myself, and the patience to keep trying. I’ve found so much of myself along the way 💕

This trip gave me time to appreciate that work. To feel the calm. To trust my own decisions. To enjoy my own company and be fully present in a moment without needing anything more from it 💫

I can recognize how my past shaped me and still choose how I move forward. I can have compassion for earlier versions of myself while continuing to grow. And I can be proud of my progress while knowing there’s more to learn 🌱

I’m proud of the woman who took herself on this adventure. I’m proud of the choices she’s making and the life she’s learning to create 🥰

I love her more every single day 💕

This trip felt like a reminder to keep living while I’m growing. To experience beautiful things, try something unfamiliar, and let a moment be enough ✨🍂
