He made sure I understood everything I needed for my SEF appointment in the USA. I arrived a little more than a month before the Covid shutdown, so I didn’t have much time to get settled in. Thank goodness Luis helped me get my NIF and open a bank account. Then he showed me apartments that met all my requirements. I especially appreciated that he showed me places that were in great neighborhoods and met my financial needs. In addition, Luis translated and looked over my rent agreement. He took me to Braga and attended my meeting with SEF, which went smoothly. I was glad to have a confident Portuguese person who understood the process.
