Soaking in the last 2 weeks of my 1st house year. I’m grateful and blessed to live a life I’ve dreamed about. It’s been a long period of shedding what no longer served and now pivoting to what is.

Being able to speak and attend @dreamforce this week really put in perspective the importance of connection.

I struggle with balancing using AI and what known & unknown impacts it will have on people and our planet. Will it remove more jobs and cause more suffering and disparity?

Then I always come back to AI can’t create connection and make people feel anything. That’s still on us to share our stories and make people feel loved, inspired and excited 🤍

Time is one thing we can’t control.

4 months ago I took a trip to Australia and Bali and decided it was going to bookend my life. The closing of a chapter of hardship and change and the start of a new period of growth and expansion.

I had everything planned out and announced I was officially done with “healing” and it was time to start doing.

Wellllll jokes on me 😂

Of course I’d get back, break my wrist and spend the next 3 months being forced to slow down and heal.

If there is one thing I’ve learned it’s to savor the present moment. Enjoy the people you are with. Be grateful for what you have. And trust there is a plan (that you don’t get to control)
