✨ When you come to my in-home studio for Reiki, it’s a gentle pause from the world. The space is soft, quiet, and filled with light, holding you as you sink into stillness.

🪷 Each session moves slowly, letting the energy guide you, and allowing your mind, body, and spirit to be fully held.

🫶 My hands move gently, channeling the flow of life force energy and helping release tension, restore balance, and invite calm.

🍃 Time moves slower here, each moment holding space to simply be and receive the energy around you. To exhale, let go, and remember you are supported.

😍It’s here!

✨ The Little Scraps of Magic In-Home Studio

🏠 A wellness space for connection to self, Source, & sisterhood on the 3rd floor of my house in Cleveland Heights.

👩🏻‍🏫When I was a Montessori Teacher, I remember the absolute delight & honor it was to create a classroom for my students… a community space for THEM. Walls that welcomed them & held them in ways that felt like home. A place they could exhale & do the very important work of stepping into who they were truly meant to become in this life.

🧒I loved so much about that time in my life & so much about my work- helping to ignite the spark within each child & support them in finding the light they were meant to share with the world.

💕So much has changed since I left that role in 2020, started my business, & evolved alongside it, but those pieces remain the same. I am meant to create sacred spaces for people to connect & live in and I am meant to provide support & resources in guiding others to find their unique light and authentic voice… to live & breathe from a place of truth, love, inspiration, & compassion for themselves and others.

🧘‍♀️I’ve been holding space virtually, at retreats across the country, & within the walls of local businesses in Cleveland for the past 5.5 years, & my dream of offering an enchanting space in my home to work with others is finally here.

🌳 I thought I had to wait until we moved to a place with acreage & land before I could begin inviting women to gather in my space, & while I still have the dream of living immersed in nature someday, I know that I’m right where I’m meant to be right now & I’m honored to share my home with you.

What a gift this life is.

Thank you @vintageboutiquemarket (@houseintheheights) for pulling together such a magical weekend.

Thank you to so many incredible shoppers who showed up scouting for treasures… choosing small, woman-owned businesses… choosing second hand, keeping beloved pieces in circulation instead of buying new.

Thank you @augustvintage_oh for being my idol, my security blanket, and my champion through all of this!

Thank you to the vendors who made me feel right at home— everyone was so welcoming! @peridottreasurescle @mot_vintage @independenteclectic @estatesalecrasher are a few that come to mind that really made me feel comfortable right away!

Thank you @bellaasadventuress for being the smiling, upbeat presence we needed and for documenting the weekend with such joy. You’re a rockstar!

While women’s circles, sound baths, intuitive guidance, and energy work are the foundations of my business and life, the vintage market scene is a VIBE and I love it.

Creating space where women (& men!) gather together and gather sacred objects to make their lives more beautiful is such a privilege and I am honored to be a part of this world in some small way.

It is NOT for the faint of heart… what you see at market takes SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT, it’s truly wild. The hours spent sourcing, cleaning, researching, pricing, packing, unpacking, staging, repacking… the dollars spent on staging props, bags, wrapping, tags, hangers, inventory and so much more… it’s a lot!

That’s not a complaint but an observation and salute to the dedication, vision, and heart behind each booth vendor. Truly, these women are REMARKABLE in every way.

I’m moving through another growth portal as I explore the market world. What a gift it is to be stretched and challenged. Grateful for this life.

🕯️One of my favorite monthly rituals is gathering a small group of women in my home studio for an hour of calming self-inquiry & reflection.

🚪I’ll greet you at my front door, walk you upstairs, and help you get settled into the perfect cozy spot where you can sip on tea, pull oracle cards, and do some journaling or meditation.

🧘‍♀️After 20-30 minutes, I’ll offer a couple minutes of space for sharing out loud with the group, if desired.

🥱Then, you’ll stretch out and create a little nest where you can unwind to a relaxing sound bath.

🌅Set intentions before you head out the door to greet the rest of your day.

🍁Samhain is an ancient Gaelic (& Pagan) celebration which falls on October 31 (midway between Autumn Equinox & Winter Solstice).

🎆It honors the end of harvest time and the descent in the darker, quieter season ahead. It is one of the times of year when it is said that the veil between the seen and unseen world is at its thinnest.

💫This Circle invites you to tap into the impending celebrations of Samhain so that you can welcome in the magic that comes with connecting to the spirit world & descending deeper into autumn.

🧘‍♀️There will be quiet reflective time, invitations for group sharing, & a restorative meditation & sound bath.

🎃You’re invited (though not required!) to bring something to the altar that represents the Samhain (Halloween) &/or the spirit world or anything that feels sacred to you— doesn’t have to relate to our theme.

💕The Village is a 6 month container for sacred sisterhood here in Cleveland, Ohio.

👩🏾‍🤝‍👩🏼More than a Women’s Circle, this group is designed to initiate meaningful bonds with other heart-centered women who want to remember themselves.

🔥This is for the woman who is ready to step into the version of herself that radiates and shines from her deepest truth.

🎭The woman who has been patiently waiting beneath layers of societal conditioning, ready to revel in all of her sensitive, whimsical glory.

⭕️Circles are the most ancient way of gathering… coming together around a sacred center, sharing truths, & demonstrating the wholeness of the individual within the collective.

🌅We are being called to rise. To link arms with other reflective souls who want to reclaim their power and remember their magic.

I have been creating and holding space for people to gather with intention, reverence, & truth for much of my life & through it all, I’ve learned a lot.

Most recently, I’ve expanded my experience from a place of total initiation & leadership within these spaces to stepping in to support the dreams & desires of other visionaries.

While it’s a gift to offer an experience to others that I’ve come to through my own Divine path, there’s sooooo much growth, learning, & magic that comes from offering my unique gifts to an experience that another woman is creating.

I’ve spoken to a few of you about the vintage market scene & what an electric experience it is to roll up to an empty venue, my van filled to the brim, & to watch dozens of other women do the same.

Scrappy & strong, we lug & unpack our treasures & create a new world where there was previously nothing. For two hours, we buzz along in our own little hives until suddenly, we’ve created an enchanting wonderland. We look around, & it’s not just about us. Not just about our own booth or space. We see the talents, the dreams, the hopes of alllll of these other women coming alive before our eyes.

Then the people start spilling in. Women gathering to gather. The energy is ancient & new all at once, and it’s a world I always want to be a part of.

This summer, I’ve had the opportunity to step into the vintage market world thanks to @augustvintage_oh and @elizabeth__vintage.

I’ve also had the opportunity to sponsor & create sacred space for women to exhale at @thebreathingteacher Breathfest & also @campclimb.

In all of these experiences, I’ve been one of the small players on large teams bursting with talented, heart centered women who want to create a better world. I’ve been tested, faced shadows, and WORKED in ways that I don’t necessarily tap into when I’m solo in leadership.

While I love & will continue to manifest my own dreams and visions as life carries me inward, I will also continue finding women with beautiful dreams of their own, whom I can support in some small way.

The world needs your voice.
She needs your warmth.
She needs your magic.
She needs your touch.

📣Women’s Circle & Sound Bath: Practical Magic & the New Moon

🌚Each month, the moon wanes until we can no longer see her... just a black night sky twinkling with stars. It is on the new moon that a new cycle begins.

🪞We are called upon to reflect on our lives... taking stock of what’s working and what’s not. It’s a prime time to set new intentions for the lunar cycle ahead.

💕What desires are on your heart that you feel ready to claim? What structures are you being called to implement or release?

✨Along with this new moon energy, some other special power is on our side!

🧙‍♀️The sequel to the one & only Practical Magic comes out on September 11.

The sweetest delight, only 9 minutes from my in-laws.

Had the best little solo date exploring @oxboworchardohio regenerative farm.

This amazing operation leases land from @cuyahogavalleynps and offers pre-harvested seasonal vegetables, local foods, meats, and artisan goods.

In the summer, you can wander the roaming acres and pick your own flowers ($15 including your had!). I had the best time making mine! So many sweet happy pollinators gently buzzing around.

@oxboworchardohio does not use GMO’s, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, or herbicides.

Check their website for their classes— indigo dying, spoon carving, sound baths, etc!

If the state of the world and this administration fill you with panic or fear for the future, get involved with communities like @oxboworchardohio.

I have yet been in a Friday, but they offer live music and food on the last Friday of each month- I can’t wait to pop in for one!
