🏡 JUST SOLD IN LAKEWAY, TEXAS! 🤍

I had the privilege of representing the seller in the sale of this beautiful Lakeway home, and as we wrap up another successful closing, I’m reminded that real estate is about so much more than buying and selling homes.

The “coffee awards” I’d give to Lakeway area cafes for 2026

🏆 most Instagrammable café - Civil Goat off of Cuernavaca, obviously. You may even get to catch Butters, the goat, awake. Yes, there is an actual goat there!

🏆 best coffee shop to work from - Austin Tea Exchange, outlets, wifi, and nobody side-eyeing you for staying 3 hours.

🏆 best outdoor seating - Winston's Provisions + Coffee off of Bee Creek Road, perfect for pretending you don't have 47 unread emails and it turns into a winery midday to 9 PM. It has tons of outdoor seating PLUS 2 play areas!

🏆 best tasting iced latte - Dumont Creamery + Cafe, this one was a genuinely hard decision, but I love me a Dumont latte + they have ice cream! You can't go wrong here!

🏆 friendliest baristas - Runaway Luna, truly provides service with a smile and I also love to shop in their gift store while I am there!

🏆 best hidden gem - Guernica Cafe, the one I almost don't want to tell you about. It is a small gem in Spicewood with hill country views for days! Seating is all outside.

🏆 best quality matcha - Peaches Coffee off of Hamilton Pool Road has the good kind of matcha you can taste (If you know, you know)

If you know the Lakeway area, you know these spots are basically a love language around here.

Tell me I'm wrong or better yet, tell me who I missed!! I would love to hear a local's opinion!

Viva la México! 🇲🇽☀️🌴

A little kid-free getaway to Puerto Vallarta back in early August with my favorite travel partner to celebrate Nick & Jackie turning 40! 🎉🥂

We had THE BEST time soaking up the sun, drinking probably way too much tequila 😂, laughing until our stomachs hurt, and coming home about 10 shades darker. Basically, a perfect vacation.

Getting to spend time with some of our favorite people made it even better - and one of the sweetest parts of the trip was getting to meet new friends along the way. What a gift those unexpected friendships are! 🤍

Sun, tequila, good friends, new friends, & absolutely zero schedules… I’d say we did Mexico right. 🇲🇽🍹

Happy 40th, Nick & Jackie! What a fun way to celebrate you both!

39 ✨

I turned 39 this week, and I’ve been filled with so much love and gratitude. ❤️

I’ve prayed for some of the simple, basic things I have today, and somehow, the Lord has provided me with so much more than I could have ever imagined.

I’m so grateful for my family and for the friends who have become like family along the way. The people who have shown up for me, celebrated with me, supported me through the hard seasons, and made the good ones even sweeter have added so much richness to my life. I truly feel incredibly blessed by the people God has placed in my life.

I’m especially grateful for my husband, who keeps me grounded, loves me deeply, and walks through this life with me. And for my three kids, who are truly the light of my world. ❤️

This year felt a little different with our oldest away at college. It’s another reminder of how quickly life changes and how important it is to soak it all in while we’re living it.

I’m so grateful to be here, living this life every day. What a gift it is to wake up each morning and get another chance to start fresh, to love, to laugh, to grow, and to experience it all. And I’m learning that the gift isn’t just found in the easy or beautiful moments. The challenges, the hard seasons, the disappointments, and the things we have to overcome are gifts, too. They shape us, strengthen us, teach us, and make us appreciate the beautiful moments even more.

I thank the Lord for every blessing, both big and small, and even for the challenges that have helped shape who I am today. I’m grateful for the journey - all of it.

We just moved Bella in today to start her freshman year of college. Braysen started 6th grade + his 4th year of select baseball with the Outlaws & Brina started 4th grade + her 3rd competitive dance season at BodyLab!

I’m super super proud of our 3 kids. Just so very proud.
