August 🦁month! Time is flying by too fast… I certainly do not want to grow old!

Lots of 🎂, friends both new and old, a board meeting bday dinner and a short trip to KL and Langkawi with my best friend from high school in NZ, @tessalee08 (and her six kids)!! Big thank you to @lyd____a for being such a wonderful nanny… next year we will bring one more nanny from Dubai to help 😬😬😄😄 Even though it took me two days to recover from being Aunty Tree (long story it is my nickname), it was very fun taking care of them - even when I had to sleep on the kids bed on my last night 😂

Loved our stay at @thedatailangkawi and @mo_hotels KL - thank you for taking good care of us! If you head to Malaysia these are genuinely two of my favourite places to stay. It is a perk of my job to have hotel friends even though I’m in the vacation rental space ❤️ by @steph_chai

Snapshots from the San Francisco marathon last weekend ✨

My first ever 5km race since cross country championships during my last year of high school 😬 I picked up running mid-June after a 20 year hiatus due to shin splints! But great to start running again.
For everyone who’s been a bit weary of SF I can say that it’s definitely looking much better than it did 1-2 years ago - well done to mayor @danielluriesf for cleaning it up!

First ever World Cup match✨ What an amazing experience flying to Atlanta for the night (from Denver not Singapore!) - England vs Argentina 💔 😔
With Italy not qualifying by default I became an England supporter! 😉
Have to say the Ghana match wasn’t very inspiring but after Mexico I was fully committed!

Of course very sad to see England lose against Argentina. They did do well in the first half but Argentina clearly stepped up.

Have to say watching a match in person is far more stressful than watching it on tv! Well done to all the players who gave it their best ❤️ Amazing to see how sport inspires and unites 💪🏻

Postcards from last week’s conference in Seoul with @ey_global 💫

I am so grateful to be part of this year’s EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women APAC program. 23 of us from around the region gathered in Seoul - a mix of SMEs to listed companies and from various backgrounds from medical, beauty and even beef jerky!

It was a fantastic event spread over three days, where the 2026 cohort, alumni and EY partners listened to talks by notable entrepreneurs such as past winner Han Hyun-ok who founded @clio_official cosmetics - one of Korea’s largest Knbeauty brands which is listed on the Kospi. I was lucky enough to sit next to her at dinner - she shared how endorsements work with K pop stars (7 figures!) and can drive sales immensely. She also shared the lesson of geopolitics as she withdrew from 400 stores in China after the China/Korea spat - it shows sometimes things are simply out of our hands. We also heard from the former Governor of the Bank of Korea who had interesting insight on how China is already adopting ai machinery and this will supplement the decline in birth rates.

And of course all the amazing partners at @ey_global. I’m so impressed by how inclusive they are with female and LGBT partners in top positions.
