Open to residents of Canada and the United States aged 18 or older. Entries close October 7 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Two winners will be selected at random and contacted by DM from @chihealthclub on October 8. Honeydew Labs will ship the gifted serum directly to each winner. No purchase necessary.

Four beautiful, sleepless months with Koa.

You are pure joy baby, and your soul is something special 💫

We love you 🥰 .

Week 15 #postpartum

I felt compelled to run, so I laced up, put Koa in the stroller, and headed out onto the dyke.

I was genuinely surprised that my body felt strong enough to run 4km — and equally surprised by how sore I was for the days that followed.

A good reminder that feeling stronger each day and still being in recovery can exist at the same time.

So grateful for what my body is capable of, and learning to honour the slower pace too✨.

Running, recovering, and soaking up these little moments with my favourite people 🏄🏼‍♂️🐣💃🏽

Week 12 & I am feeling more strength and mobility return to my body💫

I am moving better and having Fraser there, working out at the same time helps motivate me.

I finished today’s session with a red light therapy treatment!

Thankful our baby was asleep and gave us the time to take care of ourselves.

One thing that resonates during postpartum recovery…

Movement doesn’t have to be long to be worthwhile.

A few minutes here and there when I can fit it in while caring for our newborn.

Some mobility. Some balance work. Some gentle rebounding. It all adds up over time.

This is 11 weeks postpartum for me 🤗#postpartumrecovery #postpartumexercise #movementcoach #rebounding #newmomover40 by @stephanie_sy

Ten weeks ago, we walked into the hospital excited to meet our son.

We never imagined that the weeks that followed would be focused not only on caring for our newborn, but also on my recovery.

Recovery has looked like rest, rehabilitation, patience, and celebrating the smallest milestones. The first two weeks were incredibly difficult. I never imagined that after bringing home our son, I’d be navigating life from a wheelchair before slowly progressing to a walker and, eventually, walking on my own again.

None of this would have been possible without the people who surrounded us.

To my husband—thank you for caring for both our son and me when I needed you most. You showed me what true partnership looks like.♥️♥️♥️

To our parents and family—thank you for every meal, every visit, every helping hand, and every act of kindness during those first weeks. We are so grateful. 🙏

Today, I’m walking, moving, and rebuilding my strength one day at a time. I don’t take this for granted.

This journey has given me a whole new appreciation for resilience, community, and the incredible support we’ve been blessed with.

Thank you for following along. 🌺💕

Yesterday marked 10 weeks postpartum & it’s hard to believe I’m up and moving after ending up in a wheelchair after birthing my son.

If you’ve been following me for a while, you probably remember my active pregnancy.

What you didn’t see was what happened after labour.

The complications that followed completely changed my recovery and forced me to start over in ways I never expected.

Over the coming weeks I’ll be sharing the entire journey—from the hospital to the wheelchair to rehabilitation to rebuilding strength.

This isn’t a “bounce back.”

It’s a rebuild.

If you’re rebuilding your health too—whether from pregnancy, injury or life—I hope you’ll follow along.

♥️Aloha aku, Aloha mai 🌺

Koa Sy Coppin 🤍

Our sweet baby boy is here.

Koa is a Hawaiian name meaning warrior, brave, valiant one. It holds even deeper meaning for us because Fraser and I were bound by Koa wood rings during our wedding ceremony in Hawaii almost ten years ago.

Life has come full circle in the most beautiful way.

Koa you are loved beyond measure.

The final pregnancy capture before we meet our son 💙 What a beautiful journey this has been for me - one that I didn’t think I necessarily needed in this lifetime, the ability to create life with your love, nurture a soul and grow a human from within.
